- For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At ZURKO RESEARCH SL we process the information provided by data subjects in order to carry out the administrative, accounting and tax management services for the trials in which the volunteers participate, as well as the tasks involved in carrying out the actual trials. We also use it to send communications with information about future trials. If you do not provide your personal data, we cannot carry out the aforementioned functions.
No automated decisions are made based on the data provided.
- How long do we store your data?
As a general rule, the period of time necessary to comply with legal obligations. The data will also be stored according to the instructions of the manufacturer commissioning the trial, in some cases for up to 25 years.
